This is a second book written by Michael Anthony after he came home from a job in Florida only to find that his ex girlfriend packed up and against court orders, moved to another state with his daughter. Detectives saw this to be a civil matter and would not assist him. It is here that he conducted his own investigation and began to research what happens to kids that grow up without their fathers. Using a search engine called Google, he typed in “effects of fatherlessness” and was horrified at the statistics. He tells of his personal experience with the courts, how he gathered evidence to defeat the slanderous false allegations she made against him and warns of the dangers that an influential media has on children. As he looked further into what kind of person it was who stole his child, he discovered reasons why she left. Because her mother continuously disobeyed the rulings of the court, she had to take his child and run away or face going to jail for contempt and risk losing her position as the domiciliary parent. This book is written to help many people recognize when it’s necessary to take precautions that are needed to protect themselves. It’s better to escape from a questionable relationship with one who has troubled behavior. “I learned that the hard way”, Anthony states.
